覆盖编辑是用新片段替换时间线指定区域的编辑方式：从播放头位置开始，用源片段盖住原有内容。
- 与波纹编辑不同，覆盖编辑不改变时间线总长度。
- 按 Shift+F10（默认快捷键）可以快速执行覆盖编辑。
- 若新片段比被覆盖区域短，剩余部分保持原样；若更长，则超出播放头之后的内容。
An overwrite edit replaces the timeline area at the playhead with new content: the source clip covers whatever is already there from the playhead onward.
- Unlike a ripple edit, an overwrite does not change the timeline's total duration.
- Shift+F10 (default shortcut) performs an overwrite edit quickly.
- If the new clip is shorter, the rest stays as-is; if longer, it extends past the playhead.
