学完你能把长素材的关键段落做成子片段（Subclip），让采访等长录制文件变得好找、好管、好剪。

概念说明CONCEPTS

子片段（Subclip）是从长片段里截出的独立片段——它引用同一个源文件，只覆盖原片入出点之间的范围，建多少个都不占额外磁盘空间。

  • 只是引用不是复制：子片段和原片段共享同一个媒体文件，硬盘上不会多出一分体积。
  • 独立的片段：子片段可以放进任何媒体夹，拥有自己的名称和元数据（初始继承自原片段）。
  • 入出点定边界：子片段以创建时的入出点（In/Out point）为界，之后修剪不能超出这个范围。
  • 宁宽勿窄：打点时前后多留几秒余量；真不够用了，右键 Edit Subclip 还能扩展边界。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 在媒体池双击长片段，在源查看器（Source Viewer）中打开
  2. 播放到关键段落前按 I 打入点，段落结束后按 O 打出点——前后多留一点余量源查看器打入出点
  3. 选择 Mark > Create Subclip（快捷键 Option-B / Alt-B）
  4. 在 New Subclip 窗口确认名称，点击 CreateNew Subclip 窗口
  5. 子片段出现在当前媒体夹中，双击即可像普通片段一样使用

练习PRACTICE

  1. 找一段一分钟以上的素材，从中建两个子片段，放进新建的 SUBCLIPS 媒体夹。
  2. 右键其中一个子片段选 Edit Subclip，把结束时间码往后延几秒。

常见问题FAQ

子片段会多占硬盘空间吗？

不会。它只记录对原文件的引用范围，建多少个子片段都不增加素材体积——这也是它比"剪开再导出"省事的地方。

子片段截短了，还能补救吗？

能。右键子片段选 Edit Subclip，直接修改起止时间码，媒体池和时间线里会同步更新。

删掉子片段会影响原素材吗？

不会。子片段只是对原文件的一段引用，删掉它，原片段还完整留在媒体池里。

A Subclip is a standalone clip carved out of a longer one — it references the same source file, covers only the range between its In/Out points, and takes no extra disk space no matter how many you make.

  • Reference, not a copy: a subclip shares the original's media file — nothing extra lands on your drive.
  • A clip in its own right: subclips can live in any bin and carry their own names and metadata (inherited from the parent at first).
  • In/Out points set the limits: a subclip is bounded by the In/Out points used at creation, and trimming can't go beyond them.
  • Better wide than tight: leave a few seconds of wiggle room when marking; if you run short later, right-click Edit Subclip extends the limits.

Steps操作步骤

  1. Double-click the long clip in the Media Pool to open it in the Source Viewer
  2. Play to just before the key passage and press I, then press O after it ends — leave a little extra on both sides源查看器打入出点
  3. Choose Mark > Create Subclip (shortcut Option-B / Alt-B)
  4. Confirm the name in the New Subclip window and click CreateNew Subclip 窗口
  5. The subclip appears in the current bin — double-click to use it like any clip

Practice练习

  1. Take a clip longer than a minute, create two subclips from it, and file them in a new SUBCLIPS bin.
  2. Right-click one of them, choose Edit Subclip, and push its end timecode a few seconds later.

FAQ常见问题

Do subclips take up extra drive space?

No. A subclip only records a referenced range of the original file — make as many as you like without adding bulk, which is exactly why it beats "cut and export."

I made a subclip too short — can I fix it?

Yes. Right-click the subclip, choose Edit Subclip, and change the start/end timecodes — the Media Pool and timeline update together.

Does deleting a subclip hurt the original?

No. A subclip is only a reference to a range of the source; delete it and the original clip stays intact in the Media Pool.
