学完你能用 Auto Sync Audio 把机外录的音频与视频按时间码或波形自动对齐，合成一条带优质声音的片段。

概念说明CONCEPTS

自动同步音频（Auto Sync Audio）让 Resolve 按时间码或波形，把外录音频自动对齐并挂到对应视频片段上——机头麦录到的现场参考声，就是波形对齐的"桥"。

  • 时间码优先：音视频时间码一致时选 Timecode，最快也最可靠。
  • 波形兜底：时间码对不上就选 Waveform，靠机头参考声（scratch audio）与外录波形互相匹配。
  • 同步是合体不是替换：外录音频作为新声道并进视频片段；勾 Retain embedded audio 可保留机头原声便于核对。
  • 元数据别被冲掉：勾 Retain video metadata，音频文件的元数据就不会覆盖视频片段的。
  • 先配通道再同步：多声道外录先按 音频通道配置 改成 mono，同步后才好分轨取用。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 在媒体池同时选中视频片段与外录音频片段（或直接选中装它们的媒体夹）
  2. 右键选择 Auto Sync Audio，打开同步选项窗口右键菜单里的 Auto Sync Audio
  3. Synchronize using 先选 Timecode，对不上时改选 Waveform
  4. 勾选 Retain embedded audio 与 Retain video metadata自动同步音频选项窗口
  5. 点 Sync 等待分析完成；有片段没对上时会弹警告窗口列出它们
  6. 切到 List View，查看 Synced Audio 列，确认每条视频都挂上了音频

练习PRACTICE

  1. 把一段采访视频与对应的外录 WAV 同步，播放检查口型与声音是否对齐。
  2. 同步后在 Audio Configuration 面板只保留领夹麦声道，对比机头声与外录声的差别。

常见问题FAQ

同步完视频变成六条声道，正常吗？

正常。前两条是机头内嵌声，后四条是同步进来的外录音。在 Audio Configuration 面板取消勾选不用的声道，只留下领夹麦即可。

为什么有的片段同步失败？

多半是视频里没有可匹配的参考声，或时间码完全对不上。补一个击掌/场记板同步点再跑一次，或改用手动对齐（见 自动对齐片段）。

同步错了会弄坏原素材吗？

不会。同步不删任何声音：机头原声仍可在 Clip Attributes 里找回，刚同步完也可用 Cmd-Z（macOS）/ Ctrl-Z（Windows）撤销。

Auto Sync Audio lets Resolve align externally recorded audio to its matching video clip, using timecode or waveforms — the camera's scratch audio is the "bridge" that waveform matching grabs onto.

  • Timecode first: when audio and video share matching timecode, choose Timecode — fastest and most reliable.
  • Waveform as fallback: when timecode doesn't line up, choose Waveform to match the camera's scratch audio against the external recording.
  • Sync merges, not replaces: the external audio joins the video clip as new channels; tick Retain embedded audio to keep the camera sound for double-checking.
  • Protect the metadata: tick Retain video metadata so the audio files' metadata never overwrites the video clips'.
  • Configure channels first: set multi-channel recordings to mono per Audio Channel Configuration before syncing, so the tracks are usable afterwards.

  1. In the Media Pool, select the video clips together with the external audio clips (or the bins holding them)
  2. Right-click and choose Auto Sync Audio to open the options windowAuto Sync Audio in the right-click menu
  3. Set Synchronize using to Timecode first; switch to Waveform if that fails
  4. Tick Retain embedded audio and Retain video metadataThe Auto Sync Audio options window
  5. Click Sync and wait for the analysis; any clip that failed appears in a warning dialog
  6. Switch to List View and check the Synced Audio column to confirm every video picked up its audio

Practice练习

  1. Sync one interview video with its external WAV, then play it back to check lip sync.
  2. After syncing, enable only the lav-mic channel in the Audio Configuration panel and compare camera sound against the external recording.

FAQ常见问题

My video has six audio channels after syncing — is that normal?

Yes. The first two are the camera's embedded sound; the last four are the synced external audio. Untick the channels you don't need in the Audio Configuration panel and keep the lav mic.

Why did some clips fail to sync?

Usually the video has no matchable scratch audio, or the timecode is completely off. Add a clap/slate sync point and run it again, or align manually (see Auto Align Clips).

Can a bad sync damage my original media?

No. Sync deletes nothing: the camera sound stays available in Clip Attributes, and right after syncing you can undo with Cmd-Z (macOS) / Ctrl-Z (Windows).
