对比度Contrast

对比度是画面明暗差异的程度：对比度高，亮部更亮、暗部更暗；对比度低，画面发灰、发平。
- 一级校色面板里有专门的对比度（Contrast）滑块，还有主对比度（Contrast）与枢轴（Pivot）配合使用。
- 对比度本身不改变画面颜色，只改变明暗层次。
- 素材对比度不足时（比如 Log 素材），通常第一步就是提对比度。
Contrast is the degree of difference between light and dark in an image: high contrast makes highlights brighter and shadows darker; low contrast looks flat and gray.
- The primary controls include a Contrast slider, plus a Contrast and Pivot pair for more refined control.
- Contrast affects tonal separation, not color.
- When footage looks washed out (e.g., Log), raising contrast is usually the first step.
