我们彼此怎么相处——这是课上想请大家做到的四件事。（它管「人与人」，下面管课程运转的「三条规则」是另一回事。）How we treat each other — four things I ask of everyone in class. (These are about people; the three rules below are about how the course runs.)

• 互相尊重Mutual respect我们要一起营造良好的学习氛围——这不是我一个人的事，是每个人的事。We build a good learning atmosphere together — that is on everyone, not just me.
• 谦虚Stay humble会的不显摆，不会的不装懂。Don't show off what you know; don't pretend about what you don't.
• 感恩彼此Gratitude谁帮了你，说一声谢谢。When someone helps you, say thank you.
• 互相帮助Help each other你今天帮别人排查的一个问题，明天会有人帮你排下一个。The problem you help someone debug today comes back around tomorrow.

关于课堂氛围，我只提两个要求。Just two requests about how class runs.

• 多问Ask often多问问题，甚至随时打断我都可以。Ask questions — interrupting me mid-sentence is fine.
• 允许开小差Let yourself drift如果后期流程里的某一部分让你着迷（mesmerize），跟着思绪走，我非常赞同——我自己就是 ADHD。兴趣和注意力才是最好的老师，而注意力是这个时代最稀缺的东西。但别开小差去做别的事情。If any part of the post pipeline fascinates you, follow that thread — I fully endorse it. I have ADHD myself. Interest and attention are the best teachers, and attention is the scarcest thing of this era — but don't drift off to do other things.

这门课原本是 7 天 × 9:00–17:00 的全日制课；考虑到大家抽不出整周，压成了现在这样——线上为主，线下 = 线上做不了的那部分。This was originally a 7-day, 9:00–17:00 full-time course. Since nobody can free up a whole week, it became what it is now — online-first, with in-person time reserved for what online can't do.

• 线上 · 为主Online · primary网站自学（图文卡 + 跟练 + 自测）为主，教学场次有线下、腾讯会议直播和录播任选。Self-study on the site (reading cards + exercises + self-tests), with in-person, live Tencent Meeting, and recordings to choose from.
• 线下In person只做线上做不了的事——演示实战里容易出的问题、回答自学攒下的问题、解决你卡住的地方。Only what online can't do — demo the mistakes that show up in real work, answer questions you saved up, unstick you.

知识在线上学，问题在线下解决。不打卡、无监督——想学的人自己往前学。Knowledge lives online; problems get solved in person. No check-ins, no supervision — the ones who want to learn move ahead on their own.

• RULE 01 · 知识在线上，问题在线下RULE 01 · Knowledge online, problems in person网站自学；线下课不重复教材，只做演示、答疑、解卡三件事。Self-study on the site; class never repeats the textbook — demos, answers, unsticking.
• RULE 02 · 两条线：基础线 + 高级线RULE 02 · Two tracks基础线从零到出片 + 官方认证考试；高级线给有基础的人，4 场进阶主题，不点名、不强制，哪场感兴趣来哪场。Basics from zero to a finished film plus certification; advanced = 4 themed sessions for those with a base — no roll call, come to what interests you.
• RULE 03 · 一个晚上一个语言场RULE 03 · One night, one language周三中文场、周四英文场，同时长同地点，内容一样，按语言偏好任选一场跟到底。Chinese on Wednesdays, English on Thursdays — same length, same room, same content. Pick one night and stay with it.

基础线跟一个学期走完；高级线插在轮空周，想来就来。The basics track runs the semester; advanced sessions fill the off weeks — come as you like.

• TRACK A · 基础线TRACK A · Basics从零到出片 + 认证考试。网站 8 周内容自学；线下 4 次：剪辑 → 调色 → 特效与声音 → 导出与协作。只有收官晚的认证考试要求本人到场并计入出勤；导览与其他教学场次不计出勤，可看直播或录播。From zero to a finished film + certification. 8 weeks of self-study; 4 in-person sessions (editing → grading → effects & sound → export & collaboration). Only the closing-night exam requires attendance; other sessions may be joined live or by recording.
• TRACK B · 高级线TRACK B · Advanced4 场进阶主题（画面扫盲 / 精细化实操 / 色彩管理与胶片风格 / AI 辅助）。不点名不强制、不假设基础；每场最后 40 分钟开放，可带自己的项目来现场处理。讲完 1–2 周，精华落成卡片放上网站。4 advanced sessions (picture literacy / fine-grain craft / colour management & film looks / AI-assisted). No roll call, no base assumed; last 40 minutes of each session is open desk time for your own project. Highlights become site cards 1–2 weeks later.

• W7 · 10-28 剪辑入门W7 · Oct 28 · Editing basics解决素材怎么进项目、怎么挑出要的那几段、怎么切得干净、顺序怎么排，以及成片怎么快速导出。带走：一套能重复的粗剪 → 精剪流程，外加一条快速导出的路。Getting media in, picking takes, cutting clean, ordering the story, quick export. You leave with a repeatable rough cut → fine cut workflow plus a fast export path.
• W9 · 11-11 调色W9 · Nov 11 · Grading解决画面先「调对」——暗部、中间调、亮部三个轮子各管什么，再谈局部调整。带走：靠示波器读数，不靠肉眼猜。Getting it right first — what each of the three wheels does, then secondary work. You leave reading scopes, not guessing by eye.
• W11 · 11-25 特效与声音W11 · Nov 25 · Effects &amp; sound解决字幕与图形怎么做、Fusion 在哪一步用；在第 1 次课音频的基础上深化——让音乐和人声都清楚。带走：成片听起来像样、看起来完整。Titles and graphics, where Fusion fits, deepening audio so music and voice both read. You leave with a film that sounds decent and looks complete.
• W13 · 12-09 导出与协作 + 认证考试W13 · Dec 9 · Export &amp; collab + exam解决交付格式怎么选、媒体怎么打包、别人接手时怎么不出错。先上完课，随堂考官方认证（本人到场）。Delivery formats, packaging media, clean handovers. Class first, then the official exam in person.

Blackmagic 官方认证，收官晚先上课、随堂考。Official Blackmagic certification — class first, exam same night.

• 60 分钟 · 50 道选择题60 min · 50 questions中文或英文，按自己的情况选。Multiple choice, in Chinese or English.
• 85 分及格85 to pass考试内容与网站自学内容同源——把教材跟练卡过完、练习做完，就是按这个考试准备的。Content comes from the same material as the site — finish the textbook cards and exercises and you are prepared.
• 3 次机会3 attempts两次之间隔 24 小时。24 hours between tries.
• 本人到场In person太仓周三、SIP 周四；教学语言选择不绑定考试校区。考场安排进群后公布。Taicang Wednesday, SIP Thursday — your teaching-language choice doesn't bind your exam campus. Venue announced in the group.

手机看卡 · 电脑练习。Read on your phone · practise on a computer.

• 设备Device手机看卡没问题，但练习必须用电脑做——这是动手课。Reading on your phone is fine; exercises need a computer — this is a hands-on course.
• 节奏Pace隔周上一次课，中间那两周把指定的几课刷完、练习做完。每次课该看哪几课，群里会发清单。Sessions run every other week; in between, finish the assigned lessons and exercises. The list lands in the group each time.
• 问题Questions卡住了把问题记下来，带来课上问——线下课就是做这个的。When stuck, write the question down and bring it to class — that is exactly what class is for.
