播放头Playhead

播放头是时间线上一条竖直的蓝色线，标示当前所在的时间位置。
- 播放、暂停、定位都围绕播放头进行：按空格播放就是从播放头位置开始。
- 把片段拖进时间线时，通常默认落在播放头位置。
- 点击时间线标尺任意位置或使用快捷键（如上下左右方向键）都可以移动播放头。
The playhead is a vertical blue line on the timeline that marks the current time position.
- Playback centers on it: pressing Space plays from the playhead.
- When you drag a clip onto the timeline, it usually lands at the playhead.
- Click anywhere on the time ruler, or use shortcuts like the arrow keys, to move it.
