JKL 搓擦（JKL Scrubbing）是用 J、K、L 三键控制播放的导航手法——三键的排列正好对应查看器走带控制（Transport Controls）上的倒放、停止、正放。

  • 三键分工：J 倒放、K 停止、L 正放——手指放在键盘中心区，全程不用挪。
  • 连按加速：L 或 J 每多按一次速度翻一倍，最高 64 倍速，几分钟的素材几秒扫完。
  • K 组合精修：按住 K 再按住 L 或 J，半速搓擦细听台词；按住 K 逐下点按 L/J，逐帧步进（Jog）。
  • 处处通用：源查看器和时间线查看器都认这套键——找镜头和查剪点是同一套手法。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 在源查看器打开一段较长素材，先看走带控制条：J、K、L 正好对应倒放、停止、正放三个按钮走带控制与 JKL 键位对应
  2. 按 L 正放，再按一次提到 2 倍速，继续连按加速扫片，按 K 急停
  3. 按 J 倒放回刚才错过的位置附近——连按 J 同样逐级加速
  4. 按住 K 再按住 L，半速搓擦听清台词，松开即停
  5. 按住 K 逐下点按 L 或 J 逐帧挪到目标画面，按 I 打下入点

练习PRACTICE

  1. 打开一段一分钟以上的素材，只用 JKL 不碰鼠标，在 20 秒内找到指定画面并打下入点。
  2. 用 K+L 半速搓擦一段采访，在两句台词的间隙停稳，按 I/O 把这句话圈出来。

常见问题FAQ

搓擦时音频鬼叫，能关掉吗？

能。按 Shift-S 或菜单 Timeline > Audio Scrubbing 切换音频搓擦；找画面时关掉，对台词节奏时再开回来。

空格和 L 都是播放，用哪个？

分工不同：起停观看用空格，找镜头用 L——L 能连按加速、K 能急停，手不用挪。粗剪扫素材以 JKL 为主。

逐帧移动只能按住 K 点按吗？

不是，方向键 ←/→ 也能逐帧步进。按住 K 点按的好处是手不离开 JKL 区，搓擦和逐帧无缝衔接。

JKL scrubbing is a navigation technique built on three keys: J, K and L — their layout mirrors the Play Reverse, Stop and Play buttons on the viewer's transport controls.

  • One job per key: J plays in reverse, K stops, L plays forward — your fingers never leave the home area.
  • Tap again to go faster: each extra tap of L or J doubles the shuttle speed, up to 64x, so minutes of footage fly by in seconds.
  • K combos for precision: hold K and hold L or J to scrub at half speed and hear the dialogue; hold K and tap L/J to jog one frame at a time.
  • Works everywhere: the source viewer and the timeline viewer both obey these keys — finding shots and checking cuts use the same hand moves.

Steps操作步骤

  1. Open a long clip in the source viewer and glance at the transport bar: J, K, L map to the reverse, stop and play buttonsTransport controls mapped to J, K, L
  2. Press L to play, tap L again for 2x speed, keep tapping to shuttle faster, and press K to stop dead
  3. Press J to fly back toward the spot you overshot — repeated J taps speed up the same way
  4. Hold K and then hold L to scrub at half speed and catch the dialogue; release to stop
  5. Hold K and tap L or J to nudge frame by frame onto the exact picture, then press I to mark the In point

Practice练习

  1. Open a clip longer than one minute and, using only JKL (no mouse), find a given frame within 20 seconds and mark an In point.
  2. Scrub an interview at half speed with K+L, stop cleanly in the gap between two sentences, and mark the sentence with I/O.

FAQ常见问题

The screeching audio while scrubbing — can I turn it off?

Yes. Press Shift-S or choose Timeline > Audio Scrubbing to toggle audio scrubbing; turn it off while hunting for shots and back on when you need the dialogue rhythm.

Both Spacebar and L play — which should I use?

Different jobs: Spacebar for watch-and-stop viewing, L for finding shots — L accelerates with repeated taps and K stops instantly, so your hand never moves. JKL rules the rough-cut phase.

Is holding K and tapping the only way to step frames?

No — the ←/→ arrow keys step one frame too. The K+tap combo just keeps your hand on the JKL cluster, so scrubbing and frame-stepping flow together.
