B-roll 是穿插在主要画面之间的补充镜头，用来展示相关内容、盖住剪辑点、让片子有画面呼吸。

• 主要画面（如采访）常被称为 A-roll，B-roll 是它的补充。
• 操作上：在时间线打 In/Out 点框出空隙，把 B-roll 镜头用 Place on Top 叠上去。
• 本片用 B-roll 让访谈画面活起来，也用来做片头片尾标题的背景。

B-roll is supplemental footage cut in alongside the main shots, used to show related content, cover edit points, and give the piece visual breathing room.

• The main footage (such as an interview) is often called A-roll; B-roll is the supporting footage.
• In practice: mark In and Out points in the timeline to frame a gap, then lay the B-roll over it with Place on Top.
• In this project B-roll brings the interview to life and serves as the background for the opening and closing titles.
