ProResProRes

ProRes 是 Apple 出品的专业视频编码，画质高、编辑性能好，是影视制作中常见的中间/交付格式。

• ProRes 有多种质量等级：ProRes 422、ProRes 422 HQ、ProRes 4444 等，等级越高数据量越大。
• 帧内压缩，每个关键帧独立存储，剪辑时非常流畅，适合作为母版或交接给剪辑/调色的格式。
• 在交付页的格式下拉里选择 QuickTime，即可使用 ProRes 编码。

ProRes is Apple's professional video codec — high quality and great editing performance make it a common intermediate/delivery format in film and TV.

• ProRes has quality tiers: ProRes 422, ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 4444, and more — higher tiers mean more data.
• It's an intra-frame codec (each frame stores independently), so it edits smoothly and suits mastering or handoff between editors and colorists.
• On the Deliver page, choose QuickTime in the Format menu to use ProRes.
