代理Proxy

代理是给重素材配的轻量替身——素材重到拖不动时，先生成代理再剪，拖动调色才流畅。

• 什么时候要：H.265、长 GOP（见 长 GOP）、高分辨率多轨——剪不动的素材，别硬剪。
• 常用档位：720p——分辨率轴上「流媒体低档、代理（proxy）」的现成位置。
• 和长 GOP 的关系：H.265 的坑之一就是「剪辑要先生成代理」——老设备不认，它本身又难剪。
• 不是偷工减料：代理只是剪辑时的替身；画质由原素材决定，交付时走的还是原始那条链。

A proxy is a lightweight stand-in for heavy media — when footage is too heavy to scrub, generate proxies first and cut those; only then does dragging and grading stay smooth.

• When you need one: H.265, long GOP (see Long GOP), high-resolution multitrack — media that will not scrub is media you should not force.
• The common tier: 720p — the ready-made stop on the resolution axis labelled "streaming low tier, proxies".
• Its link to long GOP: one of H.265's traps is "generate proxies before editing" — old devices do not take it, and it is hard to cut by itself.
• Not cutting corners: a proxy is only the editing stand-in; quality is decided by the original media, and delivery still travels the original chain.
