插入编辑Insert Edit

插入编辑（Insert Edit）把片段添加进时间线，并把后续片段向后推移来容纳新片段。

• 和覆盖编辑不同：覆盖是直接替换原位置的片段，插入是"挤进去"。
• 在时间线上想好插入位置（移动播放头、打 In 点），把源片段拖到时间线检视器的 Insert 覆盖区松开即可。
• 适合在编辑首尾或任意位置安插镜头，而不会破坏已有内容。

An Insert Edit adds a clip into the timeline and pushes the following clips forward to make room for it.

• Unlike an Overwrite edit, which replaces the clip at that position, an Insert edit slides the new clip in.
• Position the playhead or mark an In point in the timeline, drag the source clip onto the Insert overlay, and release.
• Great for placing shots at the head, tail, or anywhere in between without destroying existing content.
