概念说明CONCEPTS

循环播放（Loop Playback）是让播放头到达范围末尾后自动跳回开头、反复播放的功能——审听时不用每次手动倒回。

  • 开关在 Playback 菜单：Playback > Loop/Unloop，快捷键 Cmd-/（Windows 为 Ctrl-/），再按一次关闭。
  • 循环跟着播放命令走：按空格循环整条时间线；只循环入出点之间，用 Play In to Out（Option-/）。
  • 先框范围再循环：在时间线按 I / O 框出要审听的段落（打法见 入点和出点）。
  • 随时打断复原：空格键停止播放；Alt-X（macOS 为 Option）清掉入出点。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 把播放头移到要审听的段落，按 I 打入点、按 O 打出点
  2. 按 Cmd-/ 开启循环，或在 Playback 菜单勾选 Loop/UnloopPlayback 菜单里的 Loop/Unloop
  3. 按 Option-/（Play In to Out），段落在入出点之间反复播放入出点范围反复播放
  4. 边听边记下要修的位置，按空格键停止
  5. 审听完按 Alt-X 清掉入出点，再按一次 Cmd-/ 关掉循环

练习PRACTICE

  1. 框出一句十秒内的台词，循环播放五遍，写下你听出的每个瑕疵。
  2. 关掉循环再听同一段，对比两种审听方式哪个更容易发现问题。

常见问题FAQ

按了 I / O 再按空格，为什么不只循环那一段？

空格是普通播放，循环范围是整条时间线。只循环入出点之间的段落，要用 Play In to Out（Option-/）。

一直在循环停不下来怎么办？

按空格停止播放，再按一次 Cmd-/ 或在 Playback 菜单取消 Loop/Unloop。循环开关会保持到下次使用。

Windows 机器上快捷键一样吗？

把 Cmd 换成 Ctrl、Option 换成 Alt 即可：循环开关是 Ctrl-/，范围内播放是 Alt-/。

Loop Playback makes the playhead jump back to the start of its range and play again automatically — no manual rewinding while you review.

  • The switch lives in the Playback menu: Playback > Loop/Unloop, shortcut Cmd-/ (Ctrl-/ on Windows); press again to turn it off.
  • Looping follows the play command: the Spacebar loops the whole timeline; to loop only between In and Out, use Play In to Out (Option-/).
  • Mark first, loop second: press I / O on the timeline to frame the section you want to review (see In & Out Points).
  • Break out anytime: Spacebar stops playback; Alt-X (Option on macOS) clears the marks.

  1. Mark one line of dialogue under ten seconds, loop it five times, and write down every flaw you hear.
  2. Play the same section once with looping off and compare which way of reviewing reveals more problems.

FAQ常见问题

I pressed I / O then Spacebar — why doesn't it loop just that part?

The Spacebar is a plain Play, so it loops the whole timeline. To loop only the marked section, use Play In to Out (Option-/).

It keeps looping and won't stop — what now?

Press the Spacebar to stop, then press Cmd-/ again or untick Loop/Unloop in the Playback menu. The loop switch stays on until you toggle it.

Are the shortcuts the same on Windows?

Swap Cmd for Ctrl and Option for Alt: looping is Ctrl-/, playing the marked range is Alt-/.
