学完你能说出 Waveform、Parade、Vectorscope 三种示波器各自看什么,会打开并调亮示波器,能用 Parade 判断偏色、用 Waveform 检查曝光与裁剪。
概念说明CONCEPTS
示波器(Video Scopes)把画面换算成客观数据,替你把关亮度与颜色——人眼盯久了会"自适应",显示器不准、环境光有颜色都会骗你,示波器不会。
- Waveform 看亮度:横轴对应画面从左到右,纵轴 0 纯黑、1023 纯白;贴底 = 欠曝,顶破 = 高光裁剪(Clipping)、细节丢失。
- Parade 看白平衡:红、绿、蓝三通道并排;顶端对齐 = 高光不偏色,底端对齐 = 暗部不偏色,哪条偏高就偏哪个色。
- Vectorscope 看色相与饱和度:越靠中心饱和度越低,越靠边缘越艳;肤色指示线(Skin Tone Indicator)标出肤色的大致方向,检查肤色是否自然主要看它。
- 分工口诀:亮度问 Waveform,偏色问 Parade,肤色艳度问 Vectorscope——调色不用猜,用数据说话。
- 打开方式:调色页面右下角点
Scopes,下拉菜单里切换种类;本课先用熟这三种。
Waveform = 亮度与曝光(0 黑 / 1023 白,查裁剪)· Parade = RGB 三通道平衡(查偏色、对白平衡)· Vectorscope = 色相与饱和度(查肤色、控艳度)。
操作步骤STEPS
- 进入
Color页面选中镜头,点右下角工具栏最右侧的Scopes按钮
- 点示波器面板的下拉箭头,选择
Parade - 点面板上的设置按钮,把亮度滑块向右拖,让波形看得清楚,再点一次关闭
- 读 Parade:三通道底部对齐 0 = 黑场干净,顶部接近但不越过 1023 = 白场到位

- 顶端不齐 = 高光偏色,哪条高就偏哪个色——回一级色轮用互补色修正(见 一级调色轮)
- 切到
Waveform检查整体曝光:主体大致落在波形中段,黑不发灰、白不裁切 - 有人物的镜头再切
Vectorscope,看肤色痕迹是否落在肤色指示线附近
练习PRACTICE
- 找三段曝光不同的镜头,遮住画面只看 Waveform,按明暗从暗到亮排序,再看画面验证判断。
- 找一段偏色镜头,只用 Parade 判断偏色在暗部还是高光、偏什么颜色;写下结论后去色轮修正,改完确认三通道顶端对齐。
常见问题FAQ
画面看着偏色,但波形图显示正常,信谁?
先想清楚你在看什么:Waveform 主要看亮度分布,它"正常"只说明曝光没问题,不能证明颜色不偏重——偏色问题要换 Parade 和 Vectorscope 看。如果 Parade 三通道顶端、底端都对齐了,你仍觉得偏色,那要么是创作意图(日落本来就红),要么是你的眼睛被环境光或显示器骗了。结论:技术判断信示波器,艺术感觉信眼睛,但先确认你的眼睛没被骗。
波形顶破 1023 或跌破 0 会怎样?
那叫裁剪(Clipping):超出范围的细节永久丢失,高光变死白、暗部变死黑。尽量让波形待在 0–1023 之间;暗部偶尔贴底可接受,高光裁掉通常很难看。
示波器上的波形太暗看不清,怎么办?
点示波器面板的设置按钮,把波形亮度滑块往右拖。这只改显示亮度,不影响画面本身。
已经有 Histogram 了,为什么还要 Waveform?
Histogram 只告诉你各亮度有多少像素,不说它们在画面哪里;Waveform 横轴对应画面左右——你能看出到底是天空过曝还是地面欠曝。

Video scopes turn the picture into objective data that keeps your brightness and color honest — your eyes adapt after long staring, and a bad display or colored room light will fool you; scopes won't.
- The Waveform reads brightness: its horizontal axis mirrors the image left to right, the vertical axis runs 0 (pure black) to 1023 (pure white); hugging the bottom means underexposure, punching past 1023 means clipped highlights and lost detail.
- The Parade reads white balance: red, green and blue channels side by side — tops aligned means neutral highlights, bottoms aligned means neutral shadows; whichever rides higher is your cast.
- The Vectorscope reads hue and saturation: closer to the center means lower saturation, closer to the edge more vivid; the Skin Tone Indicator marks the rough hue of skin — your reference for natural-looking faces.
- The mantra: ask the Waveform about brightness, the Parade about casts, the Vectorscope about skin and saturation — grade with data, not guesses.

Waveform = luminance and exposure (0 black / 1023 white, spot clipping) · Parade = RGB channel balance (spot casts, match white balance) · Vectorscope = hue and saturation (check skin tones, control vividness).
Steps操作步骤
- On the
Colorpage, select a shot and click theScopesbutton at the far right of the lower toolbar
- Click the panel's dropdown arrow and choose
Parade - Click the panel's Settings button and drag the brightness slider to the right so the traces are easy to read, then close it
- Read the Parade: channel bottoms aligned at 0 means a clean black point, tops near but never past 1023 means a healthy white point

- Uneven tops mean a highlight cast — the highest channel is the color you're leaning toward; fix it on the wheels with complementary colors (see Primary Color Wheels)
- Switch to
Waveformto check overall exposure: the subject sits around the middle, blacks not gray, whites not clipped - For shots with people, switch to
Vectorscopeand check the skin-tone trace against the Skin Tone Indicator line
Practice练习
- Take three clips with different exposures, cover the viewer, and rank them darkest to brightest from the Waveform alone — then uncover and verify.
- Take a clip with a cast and, using only the Parade, decide whether the cast sits in shadows or highlights and which color it is; write it down, fix it with the wheels, then confirm the channel tops align.
FAQ常见问题
The image looks tinted to me, but the waveform looks fine — which do I trust?
First, be clear about what you're looking at: the Waveform mainly shows luminance, so "normal" only proves exposure is fine — it says nothing about color casts. For casts, switch to the Parade and Vectorscope. If the Parade's channel tops and bottoms are aligned and the image still looks tinted, it's either creative intent (a sunset really is red) or your eyes being fooled by room light or a bad display. Rule of thumb: trust scopes for technical judgment, eyes for artistic feel — but first make sure your eyes aren't being deceived.
What happens when traces go past 1023 or below 0?
That's clipping: detail beyond the range is lost permanently — highlights go dead white, shadows dead black. Keep traces inside 0–1023; shadows kissing the bottom is acceptable, clipped highlights are usually ugly.
The traces in my scopes are too dim to read — what do I do?
Click the panel's Settings button and drag the trace-brightness slider to the right. It only changes the display, never the image itself.
If I already have a Histogram, why do I need the Waveform?
A Histogram says how many pixels sit at each brightness, not where they are; the Waveform's horizontal axis maps to the frame left to right — you can tell whether the sky blew out or the ground got crushed.
