概念说明CONCEPTS

拆分编辑（Split Edit）让画面和声音在不同时间点切换——下一段声音先进来是 J-cut，上一段声音拖尾是 L-cut，是全世界剪辑师都在用的手法。

  • 专业感的来源：声画同时硬切容易生硬；错开几帧到一秒，衔接立刻顺滑。
  • 本质是单边滚动：用滚动编辑（Roll Edit）只滚视频侧或音频侧的编辑点，让两边有意错开（见 滚动编辑）。
  • 先断开链接：Linked Selection 默认把音视频当整体，做拆分编辑前要关掉它，或只点选一侧编辑点。
  • J-cut 最常用：下一段的声音先露头，观众被声音"领"进下一个镜头，画面切换不再突兀。
  • 还有快捷键做法：按 E 的扩展编辑（Extend Edit）把编辑点滚到播放头，是拆分编辑的快手路径（见 扩展编辑）。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 按 T 进入修剪编辑模式，播放头停在目标编辑点附近，放大时间线
  2. 点击工具栏的 Linked Selection，断开音视频链接选择
  3. 单击两片段之间的视频编辑点，只选中视频一侧只选中视频一侧的编辑点
  4. 向右拖动约 15 帧，让下一段声音先于画面进入，做成 J-cut声音先于画面的 J-cut 形态
  5. 播放衔接处，听声音是否自然地"领"进下一个镜头

练习PRACTICE

  1. 在采访与空镜之间各做一个 J-cut 和一个 L-cut，来回播放对比两种听感。
  2. 把播放头停在目标位置，用 E 键把视频编辑点滚过去，快速做出一个拆分编辑。

常见问题FAQ

J-cut 和 L-cut 怎么区分？

看时间线上的形状：下一段音频向左伸出像字母 J，上一段音频向右拖尾像字母 L。J-cut 声音先进，L-cut 声音后走。

为什么音频跟着视频一起动了？

Linked Selection 开着，音视频被当成一个整体。关掉它，或点选编辑点时只点视频（或音频）一侧。

声画一般错开多少？

没有定数，几帧到一秒都常见。判断标准只有一条：回放时观众"感觉不到切"就是对的。

A Split Edit cuts picture and sound at different moments — the next clip's audio arriving early is a J-cut, the previous clip's audio trailing on is an L-cut — a technique editors use everywhere.

  • Where the polish comes from: cutting sound and picture together feels abrupt; offsetting by a few frames to a second smooths the join instantly.
  • Really a one-sided roll: use a Roll Edit on just the video or just the audio edit point so the two fall out of sync on purpose (see Roll Edit).
  • Unlink first: Linked Selection treats video and audio as one; turn it off, or click only one side of the edit point.
  • J-cuts do the heavy lifting: the next scene's sound peeks in first and "leads" the audience into the shot, so the visual cut stops feeling sudden.
  • A shortcut exists: the Extend Edit (E) rolls an edit point to the playhead — the fast lane for split edits (see Extend Edit).

  1. Press T for Trim Edit mode, park the playhead near the target edit, and zoom in
  2. Click Linked Selection in the toolbar to unlink video and audio
  3. Click the video edit point between the two clips to select the video side onlySelecting only the video side of the edit point

  1. Make one J-cut and one L-cut between an interview and a scenic shot; play both and compare how they feel.
  2. Park the playhead where you want the cut, then press E to roll the video edit point there for an instant split edit.

FAQ常见问题

How do I tell a J-cut from an L-cut?

By shape on the timeline: the next clip's audio jutting left looks like a J; the previous clip's audio trailing right looks like an L. J means sound first, L means sound last.

Why did the audio move with the video?

Linked Selection is on, so video and audio move as one. Turn it off, or click only the video (or audio) side of the edit point.

How far apart should sound and picture be?

There's no fixed number — anywhere from a few frames to a second. One test: if the audience can't feel the cut, you got it right.
