学完你能独立完成一次运动跟踪(Motion Tracking):圈准主体、生成运动路径、修复跟丢,让二级调色全程咬住移动目标。

概念说明CONCEPTS

运动跟踪(Motion Tracking)是把窗口或限定器选区"绑"到主体运动路径上的完整流程——跟踪器负责算出路径,你负责确认每一帧都贴得住。

  • 路径是逐帧数据:跟踪结果是窗口在每一帧的位置和角度,不是一个总开关。
  • 先圈准再跟踪:第一帧的窗口形状决定路径质量,圈太松、边缘太杂,路径就容易飘。
  • 跟丢可以续命:主体被遮挡时停在跟丢帧,手动归位后继续跟踪,不用整段重来。
  • 路径只为选区服务:路径本身不改变画面;选区跟着路径走,调色才一直落在主体上。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 新建串行节点,用窗口圈住主体,在第一帧把形状和柔边调到位第一帧把窗口形状调到位
  2. 播放头回到第一帧,在 Tracker 面板点击 Track Forward
  3. 全段回放检查路径;跟丢的帧手动拖回窗口,再从该帧继续跟踪回放检查并修复跟丢的帧
  4. 确认全程贴住后,在该节点做二级调色:色温、饱和度或局部对比
  5. Command-D/Ctrl-D 开关节点,对比调色前后

练习PRACTICE

  1. 选一段 5 秒的运动素材,完整走一遍"圈窗口→跟踪→回放→修复→调色",逐项自查。
  2. 故意把第一帧的窗口画歪再跟踪,观察路径怎么跑偏;圈准后重来一次,对比两条路径。

常见问题FAQ

主体被挡住几秒,窗口彻底跟丢了怎么办?

停在跟丢帧,把窗口手动拖回主体,再继续 Track Forward;遮挡太久就分两段跟踪,中断处手动衔接。

跟踪和手动打关键帧选哪个?

优先跟踪,几秒钟完成整段。主体频繁出画、跟踪反复失败时,再退回手动关键帧(见 动态关键帧)。

跟踪完窗口还是有点抖,正常吗?

轻微抖动常见,多半是第一帧圈得不准或主体边缘对比太低。重新圈准再跟踪一次,通常明显改善。

Concepts概念说明

Motion tracking is the complete workflow of "binding" a window or qualifier selection to a subject's motion path — the Tracker calculates the path; your job is to confirm it holds on every frame.

  • A path is per-frame data: the result is the window's position and angle on every frame, not one master switch.
  • Frame it right, then track: the window shape on frame one decides path quality — too loose or too messy, and the path drifts.
  • Slips can be repaired: when the subject gets occluded, stop on the lost frame, reposition by hand, and track on — no need to redo the whole clip.
  • The path serves the selection: the path itself changes nothing; the selection rides the path so the grade keeps landing on the subject.

  1. Add a serial node, frame the subject with a window, and dial in shape and softness on the first frameSetting the window shape on frame one
  2. Return the playhead to frame one and click Track Forward in the Tracker palette
  3. Play the whole clip and inspect the path; on any lost frame, drag the window back and resume tracking from thereReviewing the path and repairing lost frames
  4. Once it holds throughout, grade the node: temperature, saturation, or local contrast
  5. Press Command-D/Ctrl-D to toggle the node and compare before and after

Practice练习

  1. Take a 5-second clip with movement and run the full loop — frame, track, review, repair, grade — checking each stage.
  2. Deliberately mis-frame the window on frame one, track, and watch the path drift; then frame it properly, re-track, and compare the two paths.

FAQ常见问题

The subject is blocked for a few seconds and the window is totally lost — what now?

Stop on the lost frame, drag the window back onto the subject, and continue Track Forward; if the occlusion is long, track in two segments and bridge the gap by hand.

Tracking or manual keyframes — which should I pick?

Track first; it finishes a whole clip in seconds. Fall back to manual keyframes when the subject keeps leaving frame and tracking repeatedly fails (see Dynamic Keyframes).

The tracked window still jitters a bit — is that normal?

Slight jitter is common; usually the frame-one framing was loose or the subject's edges are low-contrast. Re-frame carefully and track again — it usually improves noticeably.
