洗牌插入Shuffle Insert

洗牌插入（Shuffle Insert，也叫 Swap Insert）是把时间线上的片段与相邻片段交换位置的快速编辑方式。

• 选中一个片段，执行 Edit > Swap Clips Towards Left / Right，或按快捷键交换。
• macOS 快捷键：Shift-Command-,（左移）、Shift-Command-.（右移）；Windows 用 Shift-Ctrl- 对应键。
• 比手动拖动更精准，特别适合微调 soundbite 的先后顺序，也支持多选片段。

A Shuffle Insert edit (also called a Swap Insert) quickly swaps a clip in the timeline with its neighbor.

• Select a clip and choose Edit > Swap Clips Towards Left or Right, or use the shortcuts.
• macOS: Shift-Command-, (left) and Shift-Command-. (right); Windows uses Shift-Ctrl- with the same keys.
• Faster and more precise than dragging, ideal for fine-tuning the order of soundbites, and it works with multiple selected clips.
