拍摄比（Shooting Ratio）是实拍素材总量与成片实际用量的比值。

• 比如拍 3 分钟素材、成片只用 1 分钟，拍摄比就是 3:1。
• 不同类型节目差异极大：典型新闻片大约 3:1，部分真人秀可达 600:1 甚至更高。
• 拍摄比越高，越需要靠子片段（Subclip）等方式高效管理素材。

Shooting Ratio is the ratio of footage you shot to the footage that actually ends up in the finished piece.

• Shoot 3 minutes and use 1 minute, and your ratio is 3:1.
• It varies hugely by genre: a typical news piece is around 3:1, while some reality shows reach 600:1 or higher.
