图像序列是「一帧一个文件」的存放方式——DPX · EXR · TIFF 序列，合成的通用语言。
- 为什么一帧一个：逐帧处理、分布式渲染、中途重算某一帧都方便——视频容器做不到。
- EXR 带多通道与 HDR：一个文件里装 Diffuse、Specular 等多层信息，是合成与 HDR 的工作格式。
- DPX：胶片扫描与传统 DI 流程的老兵。
- 在格式地图的位置：不是交付格式——它只进制作链（见 无损与有损）。
An image sequence stores one frame as one file — DPX · EXR · TIFF sequences; the common language of compositing.
- Why one frame per file: frame-by-frame processing, distributed rendering, re-computing a single frame mid-pipe — video containers cannot do that.
- EXR carries multi-channel & HDR: Diffuse, Specular and more layers in one file — the working format of compositing and HDR.
- DPX: the veteran of film scans and traditional DI pipelines.
- Its place on the format map: not a delivery format — production chain only (see Lossless & Lossy).
