时间线备份与恢复Timeline Backup & Restore

学完你能开启时间线备份（Timeline Backups），并把时间线恢复到几十分钟前甚至几天前的任意备份点。
概念说明CONCEPTS
时间线备份是 Resolve 自动保存时间线历史版本的机制——按"分钟 / 小时 / 天"三层节奏留档，让你随时回到之前的剪辑状态。
- 三层留档节奏：默认每 10 分钟存一次；满一小时后转为按小时保留；每天最后一份再按天保留。
- 有改动才备份：项目静置不动时不产生新备份，不会用无意义的版本顶掉有用版本。
- 恢复不覆盖：恢复出的备份作为一条新时间线放进媒体池，名字带
Backup后缀，当前时间线原样保留。 - 开关位置都可调：在 Preferences 的
Project Save and Load面板里开关、改间隔、换备份目录。
操作步骤STEPS
- 选
Timeline>Find Current Timeline in Media Pool，在媒体池中定位当前时间线 - 右键该时间线，选
Restore Timeline Backup
- 在按日期时间排列的列表里选一个备份点
- 媒体池多出一条带
Backup后缀的时间线，双击打开检查内容 - 确认后改名留用，或只把需要的段落剪回主时间线
练习PRACTICE
- 在练习时间线上做几处明显改动，工作十几分钟后恢复一个早期备份，对比两条时间线的差别。
- 打开 Preferences 的
Project Save and Load，找到三档备份间隔，把分钟间隔改成 5 再改回 10。
常见问题FAQ
右键菜单里没有 Restore Timeline Backup？
说明这条时间线还没有任何备份。先确认 Preferences 里勾选了 Timeline Backups，再做点改动等一个备份周期。
恢复备份会把现在的时间线顶掉吗？
不会。恢复出来的备份是一条独立的新时间线，当前时间线原封不动——放心恢复，不满意删掉备份即可。
备份能保留多久？
默认留最近一小时的每 10 分钟版本、当天的小时版本和最近几天的每日版本，先进先出滚动淘汰。跨天的长项目建议把"按天保留"的天数调大。
时间线被误删了还能找回吗？
有机会。在媒体池的选项菜单里选 Deleted Timeline Backups，能查看已删时间线留下的备份并恢复。

Timeline Backups is Resolve's mechanism for automatically saving historical versions of your timelines — it keeps versions on a minute / hour / day rhythm, so you can return to an earlier state of your edit anytime.
- A three-tier rhythm: by default a backup every 10 minutes; past an hour, versions are kept hourly; the last of each day is kept as a daily.
- Backups need changes: nothing new is saved while the project sits idle, so useless versions never push out useful ones.
- Restore never overwrites: a restored backup lands in the Media Pool as a new timeline with a
Backupsuffix — your current timeline stays untouched. - Fully adjustable: toggle it, change intervals, and pick the backup folder in the
Project Save and Loadpanel of Preferences.

Timeline>Find Current Timeline in Media Poolto locate the active timeline - Right-click that timeline and choose
Restore Timeline Backup - Pick a backup point from the date- and time-stamped list
- A new timeline with a
Backupsuffix appears in the Media Pool — double-click to inspect it - Rename it to keep it, or cut just the passages you need back into your main timeline
Practice练习
- Make a few obvious changes to a practice timeline, work for ten-plus minutes, then restore an earlier backup and compare the two timelines.
- Open
Project Save and Loadin Preferences, find the three backup intervals, change the minute interval to 5 and back to 10.
FAQ常见问题
There's no Restore Timeline Backup in the right-click menu?
That timeline has no backups yet. Make sure Timeline Backups is checked in Preferences, then make some changes and wait out one backup interval.
Will restoring a backup wipe out my current timeline?
No. The restored backup arrives as a separate new timeline — your current one is untouched. Restore freely; delete the backup if you don't like it.
How long are backups kept?
By default: every-10-minute versions for the last hour, hourly versions for the day, and daily versions for a couple of days — oldest discarded first. For multi-day projects, raise the daily count.
Can I get back a timeline I deleted by mistake?
Probably. Choose Deleted Timeline Backups from the Media Pool options menu to see backups left behind by deleted timelines and restore them.
