学完你能把项目连同全部素材打包成一个 .dra 归档，拷到另一台机器上完整恢复。

概念说明CONCEPTS

项目归档（Project Archive）把项目文件和用到的全部媒体复制进一个 .dra 文件夹——一个自包含的"搬家箱"，拷走就能在别的机器上完整打开。

  • 只认项目管理器：归档只能在 Project Manager 里发起：右键项目选 Export Project Archive。
  • 整文件复制不裁剪：完整源文件照原样复制，哪怕分散在多个盘；想瘦身先用 Media Management 修剪。
  • 缓存可以不带：Archive 对话框里可取消 Render Cache 等选项——缓存能重建，带上只占地方。
  • .dra 里有什么：一个 .drp 项目文件，加上按原始路径组织的全部媒体子文件夹。
  • 恢复两种方式：Project Manager 空白处右键选 Restore Project Archive，或把 .dra 文件夹直接拖进 Project Manager。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 选 File > Project Manager（快捷键 Shift-1）回到项目管理器
  2. 右键要归档的项目，选 Export Project Archive右键菜单里的 Export Project Archive
  3. 选择保存位置（如移动硬盘），点 Save
  4. 在 Archive 对话框取消勾选 Render Cache，点 OKArchive 对话框里的选项
  5. 等进度条走完，到目标位置确认生成了 .dra 文件夹

练习PRACTICE

  1. 把练习项目归档到 U 盘或移动硬盘，打开 .dra 文件夹确认里面有 .drp 和媒体子文件夹。
  2. 把这个 .dra 拖进 Project Manager 恢复成新项目，抽查几条片段是否在线。

常见问题FAQ

.drp 和 .dra 有什么区别？

.drp 只有项目本身（剪辑信息），不含媒体，体积小；.dra 是项目加全部媒体的完整打包。换机器干活用 .dra，纯备份项目结构用 .drp。

归档会把素材从原位置删掉吗？

不会，归档是复制不是移动。原素材原地不动，.dra 里是一套副本。

归档很慢正常吗？

正常，慢在复制媒体。项目越大、素材越多越久；只带项目结构就改用 Export Project 导 .drp，几秒完事。

恢复归档后素材想挪地方怎么办？

恢复出来的项目仍链接到 .dra 里的媒体。用 Media Management 做一次移动操作，就能把素材迁到想要的位置且不断链。

Concepts概念说明

A Project Archive copies the project file and every piece of media it uses into one .dra folder — a self-contained "moving box" you can carry to another machine and open in full.

  • Project Manager only: archiving starts in the Project Manager — right-click the project and choose Export Project Archive.
  • Full copies, no trimming: complete source files are copied as-is, even across multiple drives; trim first with Media Management if size matters.
  • Leave the cache behind: the Archive dialog lets you deselect Render Cache and similar — caches rebuild themselves and only add bulk.
  • What's inside a .dra: a .drp project file plus all media in subfolders mirroring their original paths.
  • Two ways to restore: right-click in the Project Manager and choose Restore Project Archive, or drag the .dra folder straight into the Project Manager.

Steps操作步骤

  1. Choose File > Project Manager (Shift-1) to return to the Project Manager
  2. Right-click the project and choose Export Project ArchiveExport Project Archive in the right-click menu
  3. Pick a save location (e.g. an external drive) and click Save
  4. In the Archive dialog, deselect Render Cache and click OKOptions in the Archive dialog
  5. Wait for the progress bar, then confirm the .dra folder exists at the destination

  1. Archive a practice project to a USB stick or external drive, and confirm the .dra folder holds a .drp plus media subfolders.
  2. Drag that .dra into the Project Manager to restore it as a new project, and spot-check that clips are online.

FAQ常见问题

What's the difference between .drp and .dra?

A .drp is just the project (edit information) — small, no media. A .dra is the full bundle of project plus all media. Use .dra for moving machines, .drp for structure-only backups.

Does archiving delete the media from its original location?

No — archiving copies, it doesn't move. The originals stay put; the .dra holds a duplicate set.

Is it normal for archiving to be slow?

Yes — copying media takes the time. Bigger projects with more media take longer; if you only need the project structure, use Export Project for a .drp and be done in seconds.

I restored an archive but want the media elsewhere — now what?

A restored project stays linked to the media inside the .dra. Run a move operation in Media Management to relocate the media without breaking links.
