学完你能用路径映射（Path Mapping）让协作双方各自指向本机上的共享素材，项目传来传去素材不再离线。

概念说明CONCEPTS

路径映射是 Resolve 的自动路径翻译机制——同一个共享文件夹在每台机器上的本地路径不同，配好映射后 Resolve 实时转换，链接不断。

  • 专治协作断链：你的 Mac 上是 /Users/editor/cloud/Ep12，对方 PC 上是 D:\Projects\Ep12；路径对不上，素材一开就离线。
  • 各填各的路径：每个人在 Path Mapping 面板添加同一个共享文件夹（Location），再填它在自己机器上的实际位置（Local Path）。
  • 单人也好用：笔记本在办公室连 NAS、回家用本地盘，映射一次，两头切换都不用重新链接。
  • 前提是结构一致：共享文件夹内部的目录层级两边必须相同——翻译只对根路径前缀生效。
  • 重连顺手建映射：勾选 Automatically setup when relinking，手动重新链接时 Resolve 自动补一条映射。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 打开 File > Project Settings（快捷键 Shift-9）
  2. 进入 Path Mapping 面板，点 AddPath Mapping 面板与 Add 按钮
  3. 选中双方共用的素材文件夹，作为 Location
  4. 点 Browse，把 Local Path 指到该文件夹在你机器上的实际位置用 Browse 设置本地路径
  5. 保存项目设置，离线素材按映射路径自动上线

练习PRACTICE

  1. 两人一组：同一素材文件夹各拷一份到本机不同路径，互导对方的 .drp，用 Path Mapping 让素材自动上线。
  2. 勾选 Automatically setup when relinking，故意挪走素材再重新链接一次，观察映射被自动创建。

常见问题FAQ

配了路径映射，素材还是离线？

先查共享文件夹内部的层级结构两边是否一致——映射只翻译根路径，子目录不一样照样找不到。不一致就先手动重连一次（见 媒体重新链接）。

路径映射和重新链接是什么关系？

重新链接是一次性手动指路，路径映射是常驻的自动翻译。偶发断链用前者，固定协作关系用后者。

Remove 会删掉我磁盘上的文件夹吗？

不会。Remove 只从映射设置里删掉这条记录，磁盘上的文件夹和文件原封不动。

Path Mapping is Resolve's automatic path translation mechanism — the same shared folder lives at a different local path on each machine; once mapped, Resolve converts paths on the fly and links stay intact.

  • Built for collaboration: your Mac sees /Users/editor/cloud/Ep12 while your partner's PC sees D:\Projects\Ep12; mismatched paths send media offline.
  • Everyone enters their own path: each person adds the same shared folder (Location) in the Path Mapping panel and fills in where it actually sits on their machine (Local Path).
  • Handy solo too: a laptop on the office NAS by day and a local drive at home — map once, and no relinking either way.
  • Same structure required: the folder hierarchy inside the shared folder must match on both sides — translation only rewrites the root prefix.
  • Relink can map for you: check Automatically setup when relinking and Resolve creates a mapping whenever you manually relink.

Steps操作步骤

  1. Pair up: each copy the same media folder to a different local path, trade exported .drp files, and use Path Mapping to bring media online automatically.
  2. Check Automatically setup when relinking, deliberately move some media, relink once, and watch the mapping get created for you.

FAQ常见问题

I set up Path Mapping but media is still offline?

Check that the folder hierarchy inside the shared folder matches on both sides — mapping only translates the root path, and different subfolders still fail. If they differ, relink manually once (see Media Relink).

How does Path Mapping relate to relinking?

Relinking is a one-off manual pointer; Path Mapping is a standing automatic translation. Use relink for occasional breaks, mapping for ongoing collaboration.

Does Remove delete the folder from my drive?

No. Remove only deletes the entry from the mapping settings — the folder and its files on disk are untouched.
