FFmpeg 是一整套处理音视频的开源工具——转格式、裁切、合并、压制、抽音轨、截帧、推流；不做剪辑界面，只做处理，命令行为主。

• 自带三条命令：ffmpeg（处理）、ffplay（播放）、ffprobe（读素材信息）。
• 每个剪辑软件里，这一层多半就是它：剪映、达芬奇都是给这一层套的壳，壳里是你的操作。
• 衍生物一大串：HandBrake（图形转码）、OBS（录制直播的编码层）、Shotcut / Kdenlive（开源剪辑内核）、yt-dlp、ffsubsync——都建在这套库上。

FFmpeg is an open-source toolkit for processing audio and video — convert, crop, merge, encode, pull audio tracks, grab frames, stream; no editing UI, it only processes, mostly from the command line.
