学完你能把本站学习记录导出为 JSON 文件，在另一浏览器导入，并检查自己的勾选是否恢复。
概念说明CONCEPTS
学习进度存在当前浏览器里，备份文件负责把记录带到另一台设备。 换浏览器不会自动同步；清除站点数据、使用临时浏览会话或机房还原可能让记录消失。
- 备份包含什么：知识卡已学标记、自检清单、教材步骤勾选和闪卡学习记录。
- 不包含什么：Resolve 项目、视频素材、导出的成片，以及网站语言和主题设置。工程与素材另行备份，见 项目归档。
- 导入是合并：文件里的完成记录会并入当前浏览器；旧备份中勾选过的项目可能重新变成勾选，导入不是回到某一历史时刻。
- 文件要带走：下载的
dr-progress-日期.json留在机房电脑上还不够，离开前保存到自己的 U 盘或个人网盘。
操作步骤STEPS
- 在知识卡勾选清单或标记已学，刷新一次，确认记录能保存。
- 到任意页面底部点击「进度备份 / Progress backup」，再点击「导出进度 / Export」。
- 在浏览器下载记录中找到
dr-progress-日期.json，保留原文件并复制到自己的存储空间。 - 在另一设备或浏览器打开同一个学习网站，点击页脚「进度备份」，选择「导入进度 / Import」。
- 选择刚导出的 JSON 文件，等待成功提示和页面自动刷新。
- 打开原来的卡片检查勾选或已学标记是否恢复；以后每次离开机房前重新导出。

- 如果只有一个浏览器，导入刚导出的文件，确认提示成功且原勾选仍在；这只能验证本机导入，换机后仍要检查一次。

常见问题FAQ
提示「还没有可导出的进度」怎么办？
先勾选清单或标记一张知识卡已学，再导出。如果记录刷新后就消失，换用能保存站点数据的普通浏览器窗口，并联系教师排查。
文件导入失败怎么办？
使用本站「导出进度」生成的原始 .json 文件，不要上传截图、字幕或 Resolve 工程。保留原文件和报错信息；不要为了重试清空现有记录。
原电脑记录已经清掉，还能找回来吗？
有备份就导入；没有备份时本站没有服务器副本可恢复。看到存储失败警告应先检查已保存的记录并尝试导出，新操作未保存的部分可能不在备份里。

Concepts概念说明
Progress lives in the current browser; a backup file carries it to another device. Switching browsers does not sync it. Clearing site data, using a temporary browsing session, or a lab computer reset may remove records.
- What is included: knowledge-card learned marks, self-checks, textbook step checkmarks and flashcard learning records.
- What is not included: Resolve projects, source footage, rendered videos, or the site's language and theme settings. Back up projects and media separately; see Project Archive.
- Import merges records: completed items from the file are added to the current browser. Items checked in an older backup may become checked again; importing is not a restore to a past point in time.
- Take the file with you: leaving
dr-progress-date.jsonon a lab computer is not enough. Copy it to your own drive or personal cloud storage before leaving.

- Tick a checklist item or mark a knowledge card learned, then refresh once to confirm the record saves.
- Click Progress backup at the bottom of any page, then click Export.
- Find
dr-progress-date.jsonin your browser downloads, keep the original, and copy it to your own storage. - Open the same learning site on another device or browser, click Progress backup in the footer, and choose Import.
- Select the exported JSON file and wait for the success message and automatic reload.
- Reopen the original card and check its checkmark or learned status; export again before leaving the lab each time.

- Export your records, import them in another browser, and inspect the same card's checkmarks. Keep the original browser's records.
- If only one browser is available, import the file you just exported and check for success and retained checkmarks. This verifies local import only; check again when moving devices.

FAQ常见问题
What does “No progress to export yet” mean?
Tick a checklist item or mark a knowledge card learned, then export again. If it disappears on refresh, use a regular browser window that allows site storage and ask the instructor for help.
What if import fails?
Use the original .json from this site's Export button, not a screenshot, subtitle or Resolve project. Keep the file and error message; do not clear existing records to retry.
Can records be recovered after the original computer was cleared?
Import a backup if you have one; without one, this site has no server copy to recover. If a storage warning appears, inspect saved records and try exporting; newly unsaved actions may be missing from the backup.
