概念说明CONCEPTS

音频标准化(Normalizing Audio Levels)是自动分析选中片段、把它们的峰值或响度统一调整到目标电平的功能——它是混音的起点,不是终点。

  • 治片段间忽大忽小:同一场采访各段电平可能差十几 dB,标准化先把它们拉到同一基准线。
  • 两种 Set Level 模式Independent 每段各调各的,适合电平不齐的采访、外景;Relative 所有段调同一个量,保住原有相对差异,适合录得匀的素材。
  • 目标电平按需设:对话常用 Sample Peak Level + -9 dBFS 作起点;也有 True Peak 和各国响度标准模式。
  • 只对齐峰值点:标准化保证每段的最高点一致,段内起伏仍需关键帧手动补(见 片段增益线)。

操作步骤STEPS

  1. 在时间线选中要统一的所有音频片段(同一轨可框选)
  2. 右键任一选中片段,选 Clip Operations > Normalize Audio Levels右键菜单里的 Normalize Audio Levels
  3. Normalization Mode 保持 Sample Peak LevelTarget Level 设为 -9 dBFS
  4. 电平参差不齐的素材把 Set Level 改为 IndependentNormalize Audio Levels 窗口设置
  5. 点击 Normalize,回放并在混音器(Mixer)电平表上验证各段峰值一致

练习PRACTICE

  1. 找三段响度明显不同的片段,用 Independent 标准化到 -9 dBFS,回放看电平表峰值是否对齐。
  2. 同样三段改用 Relative 再做一次,对比两种模式的结果差异。

常见问题FAQ

标准化之后声音还是忽大忽小?

正常。标准化只对齐每段的峰值点,段内起伏要用增益线关键帧继续修——这是两件不同的事。

Independent 和 Relative 到底选哪个?

各段录得参差不齐(采访、外景)选 Independent;录得本来就匀(棚内对话)选 Relative,保住原有的相对关系。

目标电平设多少合适?

对话起点常用 -9 dBFS,之后还要给音乐和音效留余量;平台响度交付标准属于交付阶段的事,先不操心。

Normalizing Audio Levels automatically analyzes selected clips and adjusts their peaks or loudness to one target level — it's the starting point of a mix, not the finish.

  • Fixes clip-to-clip jumps: levels from one interview can vary by a dozen dB; normalization pulls them onto the same baseline first.
  • Two Set Level modes: Independent adjusts each clip on its own — good for uneven interviews and location audio; Relative shifts all clips by the same amount, preserving their recorded differences — good for consistent material.
  • Target as needed: dialogue commonly starts at Sample Peak Level with -9 dBFS; True Peak and international loudness standards are also available.
  • Peaks only: normalization aligns each clip's highest point; level swings inside a clip still need manual keyframes (see Clip Gain Line).

Steps操作步骤

  1. Select all the audio clips you want to unify in the timeline (marquee-select works on one track)
  2. Right-click any selected clip and choose Clip Operations > Normalize Audio LevelsNormalize Audio Levels in the right-click menu
  3. Leave Normalization Mode on Sample Peak Level and set Target Level to -9 dBFS
  4. For unevenly recorded material, change Set Level to IndependentSettings in the Normalize Audio Levels window
  5. Click Normalize, then play back and verify on the Mixer meters that every clip peaks consistently

Practice练习

  1. Pick three clips of obviously different loudness, normalize them to -9 dBFS with Independent, and check peak alignment on the meters.
  2. Repeat on the same three clips with Relative and compare how the two modes differ.

FAQ常见问题

Why is the audio still uneven after normalizing?

That's expected. Normalization only aligns each clip's peak; swings inside a clip are a separate problem, fixed with gain-line keyframes.

Independent or Relative — which one?

Choose Independent for unevenly recorded clips (interviews, location audio); choose Relative for consistently recorded material (studio dialogue) to preserve existing relationships.

What target level should I use?

-9 dBFS is a common dialogue starting point, leaving headroom for music and effects; platform loudness delivery specs come later, at the delivery stage.
